Human Resources Management
The program is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the dynamic and ever-changing field of HR. Our curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including recruitment & selection, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and more. Students will also gain practical experience through internships and other hands-on learning opportunities which will prepare them for career paths in HR management, consulting, or related fields.
After finishing the University requirement and Faculty requirement courses, the student has to successfully complete the following courses:

Students interested in a minor can choose from Finance, Accounting, Marketing Management and Communications, Business Intelligence, Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Supply Chain Management. (12credit hour’s equivalent to 4 courses)
Students must select 4 courses offered by the department (9 credit hours equivalent to 3 from required courses and 3 credit hours equivalent to 1 from elective course).
