Train The Trainer (TOT)
Course Overview
The Train the Trainer (TOT) course is designed to prepare participants to become effective
trainers and facilitators. It provides essential tools for designing and delivering impactful training
sessions, grounded in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation. The
course combines both theoretical and practical elements, culminating in a final individual
presentation.

Prerequisites
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A background in presentations
- A background in communication skills

- Credit Hours: 60 total hours
- Format: 8 hybrid (online & physical) sessions
- Session Length: 3–4 hours/session
- Schedule: Every Saturday
- Final assessment: Individual presentation on a preferred topic
