Prof. Ebtesam Ahmed, Pharm D, will visit the Faculty of Pharmacy, MIU, from September 22^nd – October 6^th, 2023. During her visit, Dr. Ebtesam will be teaching 4^th year Pharm D students the therapeutics of the upper respiratory tract infections in the Pharmacotherapy 1 course (PHP 441).

Dr. Ebtesam will also contribute to teaching the Hospital Pharmacy course (PHP 522)   to 5^th year Pharm D students. The topics include concepts of medication therapy management and opioid stewardship in hospitals. She will also lead case discussions with the TAs of the Clinical Pharmacy Department.
