Karlshochschule International University
Karlshochschule International University is a private, state accredited university supported by a non-profit foundation and the Karlsruhe Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It is located in the southwest of Germany in Karlsruhe, a lively and comfortable city with a population of approximately 300,000 inhabitants.
Karlshochschule’s main focus lies within the field of international management and emerging service industries encouraging students to rethink and transfer ideas from multiple disciplines including economics, humanities, social and cultural sciences.
Split in two faculties; “Business Economics & Management” and “Management & Performance”, 15 professors, 5 honorary professors, more than 80 instructors and lecturers and around 700 students, Karlshochschule offers a Management Master program as well as 10 Bachelor programs: International Business, International Relations, Politics, Philosophy and Economics, International Sustainability Management, International Tourism Management, International Event Management, Arts and Cultural Management and International Media Management.
Karlshochschule’s lecture, teaching and learning process has a strong focus on national and international markets and the combination of foreign languages with a sound knowledge of important economic and cultural regions from around the Globe; the practical cornerstones of the University’s philosophy are hands-on experience acquired via real-life-applied projects as well as a mandatory internship and a semester abroad.
