Worms (82,000 inhabitants) , the 2000 year-old City of the Nibelungen saga and Martin Luther, is located at the centre of the Rhine-Main-Neckar region which is one of the strongest in the whole of Germany in terms of economical importance.
With its broad range of cultural, sports and leisure facilities this attractive city is an ideal location for higher education. The University of Applied Sciences in Worms currently has more than 2600 students. Three faculties provide an optimal environment for studies with student-oriented tuition in small groups and a variety of courses. Moreover, an international atmosphere and family friendliness create an ideal symbiosis of work and private life.
The course contents are determined in close contact with regional, national and international companies thus ensuring a strong orientation towards real business practice and clear links to specific economic sectors.
Cooperation with over 100 partner universities worldwide is an evidence of the university’s international outlook, a fact that is underlined by the numerous cooperation, exchange and dual degree agreements all of which provide the students with an open door to the world of education and business. Everyday life on campus is characterized by the ensuing cosmopolitan atmosphere.
