The Faculty of Mass Communication offers a four- year program (8 semesters) leading to a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication.
Total Credit Hours = 132 credit hours equivalent to 40 courses
- University Requirements = 18 Cr. Hrs. equivalent to 6 courses.
- 12 credit hours equivalent to 4 required courses.
- 6 credit hour’s equivalent to 2 elective courses.

- Major Requirements courses = 45 Cr. Hrs. equivalent to 13 courses.
- 36 credit hours equivalent to 10 required courses.
- 9 credit hours equivalent to 3 elective courses.
- Electives courses = 15 Cr. Hrs. equivalent to 5 courses Or minor.
Minor students may select 5 courses offered by the department.

- Integrated Marketing Communication.
- Print and Electronic Journalism.
- Radio and Television.

The core curriculum lays a foundation of general education in the social sciences and humanities, and requires that all undergraduate students study the following courses:
