2	Leadership and Governance	Develop the administrative skills of the leadership and young cadres. Set and declare standards for leadership positions. Involve faculty staff when selecting their leadership. Establish a sustainable system for leadership evaluation.
3	Credibility and Ethics	Promote effectively the culture of intellectual property rights. Promote practices and ethics guide. Identify and declare points of weakness. Declare the institution’s position in case of the code of ethics is breached.
4	Administrative Staff	Develop administrative skills through training sessions. Enhance the administrative staff effectiveness. Decentralization of the university units.
5	Financial & Material Resources	Establish special units. Provide all possible support for academic research.
6	Community Service and Environmental Development	Offer courses directed towards community service based on current and prospect professional trends abiding by the pharmacy industry and public health standards. Establish agreements with community institutions to provide the best pharmaceutical services. Increase community participation in the institution councils. Prepare a community service plan based on current community needs. Initiate a new post for community service and environmental development.
7	Institutional Assessment & Quality Management	Give feedback on the findings of the institutional assessment to enhance the educational effectiveness and institutional capacity. Increase human resources and involve all parties in quality management. Establish rules and criteria to assess all positions through internal and external review systems. Spread the culture of total quality.
8	Students & Graduates	Maintain a high standard of applicants. Set up development programs for graduates. Increase students’ activities. Encourage continuing pharmaceutical education.
9	Academic Standards	Follow up and assess academic standards. Announce academic standards and make them binding. Seek academic standards accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education.
10	Educational Programs/ Courses	Develop educational programs tailored to meet the needs of labor market. Develop the educational programs to achieve the mission and vision of the Faculty. Review and analyze results of exams. Make the educational programs flexible to constant development.
11	Staff Members	Improve the work atmosphere and the relations between academic and administrative staff and students. Establish programs and organize courses to develop the skills of the academic staff. Measure the satisfaction of the staff. Attract highly qualified staff members.
12	Teaching, Learning & Material Facilities	Provide sources and periodicals. Provide self-learning service. Encourage untraditional styles. Improve and update the library.
13	Scientific Research & Other Scientific Activities	Develop the research to upgrade the clinical and pharmaceutical sciences. Layout & announce a plan to scientific research. Use the findings of the scientific research to benefit the community. Set a schedule for TAs to provide them with enough time for academic research. Participate in conferences and seminars. Establish a scientific research unit.
14	Postgraduate Studies	Activate the postgraduate bylaw. Establish more special labs for research.
15	Continuous Assessment of Educational Effectiveness	Set a methodology for assessment and observation of the educational process to ensure its continuous development. Review and follow up educational effectiveness continuously.
