Faculty of Pharmacy Conducts Career Counseling Day

In pursuit of its unwavering commitment to the professional development of future graduates, the Faculty of Pharmacy at MIU organized a dynamic Career Counseling Day on November 25, 2023. This event featured a series of enlightening sessions covering various aspects of career preparation, including CV writing, LinkedIn profiling, career guidance, and an exploration of medical insurance.

The day comprised an array of motivational and insightful seminars delivered by experts from distinguished pharmaceutical companies, including Accsight, EvaPharma, Limitless Care, Pharma Overseas, and Wisely Insure. These seasoned professionals shared firsthand experiences, providing valuable insights into on-the-ground stories, challenges, opportunities, and the importance of perseverance.

Highlighting the significance of alumni contributions, MIU graduates who had navigated the same academic path shared their post-graduation journeys. Their narratives offered valuable insights into trials, errors, acquired skills, and the enduring impact of the university on their career trajectories.

Additionally, the event provided students with an opportunity to assess their interview skills, strengths, and weaknesses. Through mock interviews conducted by the HR team from PharmaOverseas, students gained practical experience and a realistic glimpse into the professional world.

The Faculty of Pharmacy’s Career Counseling Day serves as a testament to the university’s commitment to guiding students toward diverse opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry. It aims to cultivate the requisite skills for optimal career prospects and instill a sense of responsibility among its students.

كلية الصيدلة تنظم يوم الإرشاد المهني

سعيًا لالتزامها الثابت بالتطوير المهني لخريجي المستقبل، نظمت كلية الصيدلة في جامعة مصر الدولية يومًا للإرشاد المهني في يوم السبت الموافق 25 نوفمبر 2023. تضمنت فعاليات اليوم مجموعة من الجلسات المفيدة التي تغطي جوانب مختلفة من الإعداد المهني، بما في ذلك كتابة السيرة الذاتية والملف التعريفي على موقع لينكد إن والتوجيه المهني واستكشاف التأمين الطبي.

وتضمن اليوم مجموعة من الندوات التحفيزية التي قدمها خبراء من شركات الأدوية المتميزة التي تشمل Accsight و EvaPharma و Limitless Care وPharma Overseas و Wisely Insure. وتبادل هؤلاء المحترفون تجاربهم المباشرة وتحدثوا عن قصص واقعية والتحديات التي تواجههم والفرص المتاحة أمامهم وأهمية المثابرة.

ولتسليط الضوء على أهمية مساهمات الخريجين شارك خريجو جامعة مصر الدولية رحلاتهم بعد التخرج وقدمت قصصهم رؤى مهمة بشأن التجارب والأخطاء والمهارات المكتسبة والتأثير الدائم للجامعة على مساراتهم المهنية.

أتاح الحدث للطلاب فرصة لتقييم مهاراتهم في المقابلة الشخصية ونقاط القوة والضعف لديهم. ومن خلال محاكاة المقابلات الوظيفية التي أجراها فريق الموارد البشرية في شركة Pharma Overseas اكتسب الطلاب خبرة عملية ولمحة واقعية عن العالم المهني.

يعكس يوم الإرشاد المهني بكلية الصيدلة التزام الجامعة بتوجيه الطلاب نحو الفرص المتنوعة في مجال صناعة الأدوية ويهدف إلى تنمية المهارات المطلوبة للوصول إلى آفاق وظيفية مثالية وغرس الشعور بالمسؤولية بين الطلاب.
