“Organization Development and Transformation”

On Monday 3^rd December 2018, a workshop on “Organization Development and Transformation” was held by the Department of Management, Faculty of Business Administration and International Trade. The workshop was presented by Dr Nabil El Hady and it was attended by 39 students. The workshop aimed at providing Business Faculty students with knowledge and applications about the transfer of behavioral science knowledge to the planned development, improvement, and reinforcement of the strategies that lead to organization effectiveness. Organization Development and Transformation is one of the new core functions of HR Generalist Certificate which is becoming a very promising department in the organizations nowadays to support the organization Transformation Process.
