“MIU and Ain Shams: A Joint Academic Success”

MIU Faculty of Pharmacy partnered with Ain Shams Faculty of Pharmacy for the Third International Scientific Conference on “Sustainability and Innovation in Pharmaceutical Research and Industry”. The conference took place on November 19–20, 2023, at the Al-Masa Hotel in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.

Our faculty members actively engaged in various panels during the conference. Prof. Dr. Samy Emara contributed to a panel discussion on “Recent Advances and Future Perspectives in Pharmaceutical Analysis”. Dr. Rania Rahmo shared her expertise in a panel discussion titled “Roadmap for the Next Generations of Pharmacists in Egypt,” while Dr. Rania Salama delivered an enlightening scientific talk titled “From Bench to Bedside”.

Moreover, our teaching assistants showcased their dedication and expertise in the poster session, making noteworthy contributions to the conference’s success. Our involvement extended beyond the conference sessions to the Employment Fair, where we secured a special area.

This collaboration not only demonstrated the high caliber of our faculty but also emphasized MIU’s commitment to advancing pharmaceutical research and nurturing the next generation of pharmacists in Egypt.
