Introduction to Faculty of Computer Science Departments

The Faculty of Computer Science conducted several sessions for its first and second year students on 15th, 16th, and 17th of March 2022 to introduce the faculty departments and their minors. The sessions were given by Dr. Ayman Nabil (acting head of the Computer Science Department) and covered the differences between the departments and their minors, in addition to the different job opportunities based on the market needs.

For the first time, the Faculty of Computer Science is offering different eight minors starting this year:

Artificial Intelligence (Specialty: AI)

Internet of Things (Specialty: IoT)

Information Systems (Specialty: INT)

Cyber Security (Specialty: Cy-Sec)

Data Science (DSC)

Specialty Software Development (Specialty: SWD)

Software Testing (Specialty: ST)

Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
