A condensed compensatory training was given for interns to help make up for the lockdown period due to the pandemic. The compensatory program was offered from first of September until October 5, 2021 and targeted the interns who wished to compensate for the lockdown period. The total number of participants was 75.
The program targeted the departments of Endodontics, Fixed Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry, and the interns were divided into two groups, either on a 3-day per week basis or on a 2-day basis according to their need for compensation and according to the number of training hours they had already completed before the lockdown.
