As part of the MIU annual Med Safety awareness campaign about patient safety and in collaboration with the International Society of Pharmacovigilance—Egypt (ISOP), the Office of Pharmacy Experiential Training (OPET) along with Eva Limitless organised a full pharmacovigilance training day in the Pharmacovigilance Centre.
The aim of the day was to provide students with distinguished training experiences in various pharmaceutical fields to become pharmacists capable of taking responsibility and accountability for drug therapy management.
Twenty senior Pharmacy students had the opportunity to learn about the drug reporting system and the pharmacovigilance aspects that ensure the safe, economical, and rational use of pharmaceuticals.
