Esthetics in Pediatric Dentistry Workshop

On Sunday the 18^th of February 2024, the Internship Administration Office in cooperation with the Pedodontics Department organized a workshop titled “Esthetics in Pediatric Dentistry” for 40 interns.

The workshop began with a lecture held in the Internship Seminar Room followed by hands-on training. The workshop covered certain topics like the indications for full coverage in primary teeth, types of pediatric crowns, the concept of performed zirconia in pediatric dentistry, types of zirconia crowns, techniques for anterior and posterior crown preparation, crown cementation and recent types of crowns in pediatric dentistry. The interns also carried out all the steps for zirconia crown preparation on casts under the supervision of staff members.
