“Driving Business Results with Talent Management” workshop

On Monday 22^nd October 2018, a workshop on “Driving Business Results with Talent Management” was held by the Department of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Business Administration and International Trade. The workshop was presented by Dr Magued Naguib and it was attended by 42 students. It aimed at providing Business Faculty students with knowledge and applications about the Competency – Based Job Analysis, adding to the requirements and the applications related to Talent Acquisition (Planning & Recruitment), Talent Development, Talent Identification (Performance Management & Succession Planning) and Talent Retention (Fostering Engagement).
