DIMAS Celebrates Another Successful Awareness Campaign on Type 2 Diabetes and Skin Disorders

On Friday the 3rd of May, students of the Drug Information and Medical Awareness Services (DIMAS) Club held their annual medical campaign at Al-Zohour Club, Fifth Settlement branch.

Every year DIMAS students tackle a health problem profoundly and address new ways of raising awareness towards that problem. This year’s campaign focused on prevention and management of Type 2 diabetes, giving attendees the information they need to safeguard and improve their wellbeing. The campaign also shed light on common skin disorders that occur during the summer season.

أقام طلاب النشاط الطلابي ديماس الحملة الطبية السنوية في نادي الزهور فرع التجمع الخامس يوم الجمعة الموافق 3 مايو.

يعالج طلاب ديماس كل عام مشكلة صحية بعمق ويتناولون طرقًا جديدة لرفع مستوى الوعي تجاه هذه المشكلة. ركزت حملة هذا العام على الوقاية من مرض السكري من النوع الثاني والتعامل معه. أثناء الحملة تم إجراء مناقشات حول الاضطرابات الجلدية الشائعة التي تحدث خلال موسم الصيف.
