The purpose of the visit was to clinically examine the members of the Association, to promote dental health awareness and to help with improving their oral health. Another main aim of the visit was to examine some critical cases that cannot go to dental clinics by an assigned PhD holder from the Faculty. The members received cards explaining their oral health state as well as the suggested treatment to be handed to their parents. Moreover, a first-aid session was conducted for all the employees. They were all invited to visit MIU Dental Clinics Complex to receive the required dental care free of charge.
Two forms of questionnaires were distributed: one for the employees and administrative staff at the beginning of the sessionto determine their needs, and another one at the end of the session to evaluate the program and measure their satisfaction. A questionnaire was distributed to MIU participants as well. Educational materials and packs of tooth paste and tooth brushes were distributed.
