As part of the efforts exerted by the Faculty of Business Administration and International Trade to give the Marketing major students the chance to be exposed to real market experience, a workshop titled Customer Relationships Management was organized.
Ventures Marketing Club, supervised by Dr. Maha Fikry, invited TBS to shed light on the importance of relationship building in today’s competitive market. During the workshop, students were divided into two groups providing ideas for TBS about enhancing current and potential customer experience. The TBS team guided students while conducting detailed research about the current state of the brand. One of the teams won a trophy.
