CSC 2020 seniors win the 1st place in the 10th UGRF Special Edition: Egyptian Junior Researcher Competition with a prize of 6,000 EGP

Computer Science 2020 Senior Students’ project “iKarate: Improving Karate Kata” have won the 1st place in the information technology and computer science Track in the 10th UGRF Special Edition: Egyptian Junior Researcher Competition, organized by the Nile University. The project team consisted of Bassel Emad, Omar Atef, Yehya Shams and Ahmed El-Kerdany and was supervised by Dr. Ayman Nabil, Dr. Ayman Ezzat and Eng. Nada Ayman.
The competition was held from 18th June to 8th August 2020 and all phases of the competition were conducted online. All undergraduate students of Egyptian universities were able to participate in the competition organized by Nile University. Only 100 projects out of 500+ submitted projects from all over Egypt were shortlisted to enter the competition and meet the jury.
