Faculty of Computer Science at MIU Hosts NVIDIA GTC Berlin Keynote Watch Party

On October 21, the Faculty of Computer Science at Misr International University (MIU) co-hosted the NVIDIA GTC Academic Experience on the MIU campus in Cairo, featuring a live stream of NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang’s GTC keynote from Berlin.

The event brought together students, faculty members, and researchers from the Faculty of Computer Science, alongside AI enthusiasts from across the MIU community, to explore the latest breakthroughs in artificial intelligence and accelerated computing as they were unveiled. The watch party offered attendees a firsthand look at the technologies shaping the future of AI, spanning infrastructure, data science, and generative AI.

In addition to the keynote experience, attendees benefited from valuable professional development opportunities provided by NVIDIA, including:

• Free access to the latest NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) courses.
• Complimentary vouchers for NVIDIA Associate-level certification exams.

These opportunities reinforce the Faculty of Computer Science’s commitment to equipping its students and staff with industry-recognized skills and credentials in some of the most in-demand areas of computing.

في 21 أكتوبر، شاركت كلية المعلومات والحاسبات بجامعة مصر الدولية (MIU) في استضافة فعالية NVIDIA GTC Academic Experience داخل الحرم الجامعي بالقاهرة، حيث تم بث الكلمة الرئيسية للرئيس التنفيذي لشركة NVIDIA، جنسن هوانغ، مباشرةً من مؤتمر GTC في برلين.

جمعت الفعالية طلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين بكلية المعلومات والحاسبات، إلى جانب المهتمين بمجال الذكاء الاصطناعي من مختلف أفراد مجتمع الجامعة، لمتابعة أحدث الإنجازات في مجالي الذكاء الاصطناعي والحوسبة المُسرَّعة لحظة الإعلان عنها. وقد أتاحت الفعالية للحضور نافذة مباشرة على التقنيات التي تشكّل مستقبل الذكاء الاصطناعي، بدءًا من البنية التحتية وعلوم البيانات وصولًا إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي.

وإلى جانب متابعة الكلمة الرئيسية، حصل المشاركون على مزايا مهنية قيّمة مقدّمة من NVIDIA، تشمل:
● وصول مجاني إلى أحدث دورات معهد NVIDIA للتعلم العميق (DLI)
● قسائم مجانية لاختبارات شهادات Nvidia المعتمدة.
