MOU Signing Between Misr International University (MIU) and Sumitomo Electric Egypt (SEWS-E):

The Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Arts, Department of Electronics and Communications, Misr International University (MIU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sumitomo Electric Egypt (SEWS-E), a division of Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems Europe Ltd.

This collaboration aims to enhance career development, provide student training, and foster innovation in the automotive field. The MOU covers internships, field trips, guest lectures, graduation project sponsorships, job announcements, and participation in MIU events.

The agreement was signed by Prof. Hassan ElGhitani, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at MIU, and Ms. Merehan Ebed, Country Human Resource Manager at SEWS-E, with the presence of Dr. Lamiaa Abdel-Hamid, Dr. Nabil Hamdy, Faculty Training coordinators at MIU, and Mr. Ahmed Mahdy, Country Training and Development Manager_ in SEWS-E. This partnership aligns with the faculty’s efforts to equip students with the latest technological trends and support their career development journey.
