Misr International University in Webometrics Ranking for the Third Consecutive Year

In the July 2024 edition of the Webometrics Ranking, Misr International University ranked: 4038th globally out of 12012 universities in the world, 38th among 81 Egyptian universities, 219th among 1366 Arab universities, 184th among 2060 African universities, 418th among 1324 universities from the Middle East, and finally 313th out of 4420 universities from countries of the CIVETS Group for Emerging Markets (Colombia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Egypt, Turkey and South Africa).
Webometrics Ranking, which is released twice a year in January and July, is the largest in the world in terms of the number of higher education institutions analyzed, based on the impact of the contents of the university’s website, the number of researchers cited in the Google Scholar database and the number of papers listed in the top 10% citations in the Scimago database.
