2024 Med Safety Week at MIU: Raising Awareness About Drug Safety

The Faculty of Pharmacy at MIU successfully organized the fourth annual Med Safety Week in collaboration with the ISOP-Egypt Chapter. This event took place from November 17 to 21, 2024, and focused on promoting awareness of pharmacovigilance, which includes the monitoring and management of adverse drug reactions.

Activities were conducted on MIU campus and concluded with an outreach event at NeuroSpine Hospital on November 21. The campaign engaged outpatient clinic physicians, nurses and administrative personnel.

This annual initiative reflects our commitment to advancing safe practices in healthcare.

أسبوع السلامة الدوائية 2024 في كلية الصيدلة بجامعة مصر الدولية

نظمت كلية الصيدلة بجامعة مصر الدولية أسبوع السلامة الدوائية للعام الرابع على التوالي بالتعاون مع فرع الجمعية الدولية لليقظة الدوائية (ISOP) في مصر.
أقيمت الفعاليات في حرم الجامعة خلال الفترة من 17 إلى 21 نوفمبر 2024 واختُتمت بحملة توعوية في مستشفى نيوروسباين يوم 21 نوفمبر. استهدفت الحملة موظفي العيادات الخارجية والأطباء والممرضين والإداريين حيث قدمت لهم معلومات مهمة عن سلامة الأدوية والإبلاغ عن التفاعلات الدوائية الضارة.
يعكس هذا النشاط السنوي حرصنا على تعزيز الوعي بممارسات السلامة في الرعاية الصحية.
